Order Information:

1. When ordering, provide the quantity in the box in front of the item(s) you wish to receive.
2. Materials are usually shipped UPS, so please provide a street address and phone number. Some items are produced in limited quantities and are subject to availability.
3. Although most of the resources listed are free, there is a cost associated with some of them. The videos may be borrowed at no cost.
4. Your free-will donation in addition to the cost of materials is appreciated.
5. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
